14 Day Return Policy
It’s simple, if within 14 days of us shipping your order you for any reason at all wish to return your garment just contact us sales@raggedyanne.com.au we will supply you with a returns number and address and you can send it back for a full refund or store credit. You will need to pay return postage and the garment must be in unwashed, unworn & salable condition with all tags attached. No returns for size or change of mind are offered for SALE or CLEARANCE items unless they are faulty.
Free Shipping Policy
All orders over $75 ship for free within Australia via registered post. We charge a standard fee of $7 on all orders under $75 and ship via registered post. Nice and simple.
International orders ship for a standard fee of $30AU
